Eric Travers began writing songs at a young age, and by fifteen he was the heartbeat behind an incredible rhythm and blues band. Featuring Eric’s melodic, in-the-moment percussion style, inventive and soulful guitar from his twin brother Kyle Travers, and a talented lineup of fellow musical creatives, Travers Brothership were blessed to share the stage with Warren Haynes, Moe, Old Crowe Medicine Show, Ivan Neville, Dr. John, Taj Mahal, and MANY more. A well-seasoned professional at 30, some further highlights of Eric’s musical journey include sit-ins with Marcus King, Billy Strings, Jeff Sipe, Karl Denson, Jaimoe, Yonrico Scott, and a wide network of great musicians in Western NC and across the nation.
Now, with 15 years of touring experience and 35+ published tracks under his belt, Travers looks to reach new horizons in 2024 with the Eric Travers Band and the All Aboard Records team. This year, in addition to the release of a new single, "Dead End Street" in January, he has a great album in the works and exciting live performances to create.
"... Drummer Eric Travers, revealed a mature sense of self (as seen during a spirited take on Santana’s “Soul Sacrifice”), something not lost on a band of 20-somethings already a decade into their career." - Rolling Stone (2019)
